PERSONALITY ;; Toby is a child, so naturally he is not the biggest person. He shrinks away from anyone who is larger than him by a small margin, and will sometimes run in fear from like a bodybuilder or something. Like any other little boy, he will be stubborn, annoying. He is very hyperactive. Although whern confronted by someone his size he will try to put on a show of toughness. Usually they end up walking away from each other with nothing happening, because hey, they're tiny. They don't really fight. Toby dreams of being a big muscled guy when he gets older.
HISTORY ;; Tobi was born in Southern russia. His parents were kititrans as well, and they encouraged his shifting. Although they made clear that he should not show or tell anyone. When he was about 7, they moved to Felaria. It was a rather upsetting experience for him, away from his normal environment. But he adjusted quite well, and now enjoys running around randomly and popping in on the townspeople. They seem to rather like him. He is a cute little boy, after all.

ANIMAL SHIFT ;; Toby shifts in to a sparsely spotted snow leopard. He's pretty much still a cub, so he is adorable. He also acts younger than he should when in cat form, as he knows people will coo and all that. His tail is a little shorter than normal.
