History of Felaria

Felaria is a suburban city. It is signifigant because it is not a human place. It is a place inhabited by 'mythical' creatures.

The town was created long ago by a Vampire and a Werewolf who had grown tired of living among humans. They wanted a place where they did not have to try to blend in, and so it was established. Soon therafter, all kinds of creatures flocked to the small collection of buildings, and were accepted. The city grew larger, and the surrounding area, such as the forest, were claimed in the territory. The original Vampire and Werewolf families held presidence over the society. It was rather peaceful.

Then the humans started coming to the prosperous city of strange people. Many objected to this intrusion, as it was what they had come to escape in the first place. The rulers allowed it, but on a trial basis. 3 families entered. But they were not allowed to know about the world of inhuman creatures, and soon were told to leave. They refused however, and by this time more had come, which made it very hard to flush them out. It had become just another city.

The Vampires tryed wiping them out by hunting them, other races used their talents. This brought on many battles, which the Felarians mostly won, due to abnormal abilities. Eventually this was over, and the humans who had survived left. They resided in peace for a little while longer, city still getting bigger because so many of its inhabitants were immortal. Once again, the city was infiltrated by humans. The ruling famlies put a limit on how many would be allowed at a time, and kept tabs on every aspect which could affect the population.

Many many years later, they have remained in peace. Humans now make up 15% of the total population, and only a select few know about the people they live among.
