Hatter knew that he was really in trouble if something didn't give in this situation. Why is it that everywhere he went, he just had to get the wrong person angry. Every time! Maybe it was just his luck. Because if it weren't for bad luck, you'd have no luck at all, right? What a cruel rule. Hatter the giant black panther ran around trying to dodge the strong jowels of the wolf that kept snapping at him. He was even more displeased to find that the people of the party were in such a closely knit circle around them that he couldn't find one place to get through. He ran in the full circle, completely outlined by people, just looking for a small place that he could possibly bust through to get the hell out of here. But there was none.
After unsuccessfully scouting for a way out, the large cat turned around to face the wolf that continued to snarl and growl at him. As soon as they met eyes, the wolf pounced. In sheer panic, Hatter jumped up to try and make it over part of the crowds heads, but he ended up hitting most of them. They only tossed him back in. He gave them all a very spiteful hiss for putting him further through this torture. He was very thankful when the wolf's next attack was interrupted by the host of the party, finally crashing through the walls of people to stop the fighting. As the crowd started to disperse, Hatter shifted back into his human form. "Thank you. I needed your help." he admitted to the dragon-host.
He went to find his lost top-hat, that had been lost with the thought of having a normal evening. So much for that.
Say your prayer, but let the good times roll.
